How long does it take to receive a custom item?

All custom items are handmade. Custom items have to be produced, processed and then shipped. Custom jewelry takes 3 - 5 business weeks to produce, 2- 5 days to process and once its shipped it will arrive in usually 2 - 5 business days.

Also keep in mind, due to COVID...that we may need an additional 14 business days to hand make your item. 

How long does it take to receive regular items?

If you order a regular item, we will ship it within 3 - 5 business days and once it has shipped you will receive it within 1 - 5 business days. Usually customers that order regular items, receive their package within 3 - 7 business days.

How long does it take to receive a preorder item? 

Preorder items need at least 14 - 20 business days to process and once it has been shipped. You will receive it within 1 - 5 business days.

What items on the site are considered preorder items? 

All of the shoes are considered preorder items. Once you order from us, we will then order from our shoe plug. Once we have received the shoes from our shoe plug we will then ship it to you. 

Air Pods and Watches are considered preorder items as well but usually we carry a few pairs of both on hand.

When will I receive my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are sent to you via email once your item has shipped. If you have not received a tracking number yet, it may be because your order is not ready to be shipped out yet.  

What do I do if my tracking number has not updated yet? 

If it has been more than 30 days and your tracking number has yet to update, please reach out to us so we can have the issue resolved. Our customer service email is

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to COVID-19, we currently are not accepting returns. 

Do you provide refunds?

We only offer store credit refunds, if SHOPKHUSTLELLC has made a mistake on your order, then will we refund you with store credit unless informed otherwise.
