How much is shipping?

Domestic Shipping begins at $6.99. International Shipping cost is usually $11-$16. 

How long is processing?

Processing for items is 1-4 business days. After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive. (this processing time is not for custom items)

How long does it take for a custom necklace to come in?

Our custom necklace take anywhere to five - eight business days to produce(due to covid). Depending on when you order, the earliest it can take to produce is 14 business days. Please be aware that for custom jewelry, your item has to go through a production time before it begins processing time. Once your tracking number has been printed, that is when you order will begin processing. Processing for custom items is usually 1-14 business days.  

What does it mean if my tracking number says “Pre Shipment”?

If your order still reads “Pre-Shipment” , that means your order is being prepared to be dropped off at the post office within the next few days or that your order has been dropped off at the post office and they are waiting to scan it in. If your order has stated “Pre-Shipment” for more than five weeks, please text us with your order number. 

How do I pay with Cashapp?

Add your items to your cart and checkout as you would at any site. When you get to payment options, click the cash app option and read the directions. After you have read the directions, click checkout and send your payment to $shopkhustle2020 along with your order number in the notes. 

Why does my order keep cancelling?

-If you order keeps cancelling, it is because our fraud system has detected your purchase as fraudulent. Please make sure your card information is correct before checking out. 

Why does my order say pending?

-Orders that still say pending are orders that have to be accepted through our website. If you paid through the cash app option, we will accept your order once you have paid and it will no longer read as pending on your customer profile. Please allow up to seven days for your profile to update. 

What payment providers do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Cashapp and All Cards through our site. 

How long does shipping take?

After your order has shipped, it will usually take 2-3 business days to arrive. 

What happens if my order is stolen or lost?

-If your order is stolen or lost please contact USPS. KHUSTLE is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. We recommend purchasing our .99 cent insurance option , this insures if your package is stolen or lost, USPS will refund you.

Are your products Apple?

No, our products are KHUSTLE branded.

Have an old order that hasn't arrived yet?

Please text our business number (229) 223-8472 with your order number. This is for OLD ORDERS ONLY!!! 

What do I do if my order is incorrect?

Please text our business number ((229) 223-8472) with your order number, a picture of your order, and a quick summary of what is wrong with it. 

I did not get a confirmation email, what do I do? 

Please look in your spam folder for your confirmation email, it may be a chance that it was sent there. If you still can't find it, either you entered the wrong email address at checkout or your email is full and can not receive anymore emails. Please text our customer service number with your order number and correct email address. (229) 223-8472

My package was returned, what do I do?

Once we have received your returned package, we will email you with directions.

Do we offer refunds or exchanges?

We currently do not offer exchanges/refunds. 

When will I receive a tracking number?

Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email or text notification. 

When will my order ship?

Please refer to the order update page for an update on your order. We do not give out specific shipping dates, only updates. We strictly follow our processing time as well, unless we have announced otherwise.
